Barcode eSignature Validation

Now, with SignatureLink’s patent-pending Barcode eSignature Validation, you can secure both the document and its real-time signature. First, the document to be signed is assigned a unique barcode based on determined variables. Once the document is signed, a barcode will be embedded within the signature(s) that exactly matches the barcode of the document. This additional security feature provides the ultimate in security power to your already controlled, online document transactions.

Secured Signature E-Mail Notification

SignatureLink's E-mail Notification allows the signer to be sent a personalized e-mail containing a secure link of the signed document. This feature also has the ability to automatically notify the appropriate account holder that a document has been signed.

Invoicing Agreements

Through the SignatureLink Server, the CSR or Sales Person has the unique capability of filling out the document for their customer; then sending a link to that document where the information can be viewed, verified, and signed to complete the transaction. This feature allows webpage form field data to be inserted directly into the document along with the signature.
