Mr. Coward currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. As a principal of Cypress Funding, LLC and CFO of David Nutt and Associates, Mr. Coward brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the management and growth of industry changing start-up companies.
Among Mr. Coward's major successes is his investment in and contribution to the management success of SkyHawke Technologies, LLC, the creator and maker of the SkyCaddie GPS golf range finding system. With Cypress Funding as the major investor and Mr. Coward on the Board of Directors, SkyHawke Technologies has experienced major growth and has become the industry leader in golf range finding equipment. Their products have been endorsed by the NCAA and are in used by PGA professionals. In the spring of 2007, SkyCaddie was chosen by and has been promoted as the official range finder for tournament play of the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association). SkyCaddie has been given credit for being one of the top selling products in Golf.

Another major success is his investment in Maximum Charge, LLC, the manufacturer and marketer of Horizon Batteries, a patented high density more powerful dry lead acid battery. Cypress Funding was the principal investor and Mr. Coward serves on the Board of Directors of Maximum Charge, LLC. In one of its first applications, the battery is being installed in long-haul trucks by Idling Solutions, LLC to provide all power for air conditioning and heating while the truck is parked. This eliminates the pollution, noise and excess wear on the truck engines. The application will yield savings for each truck of tens of thousands of dollars per year in fuel and repair costs. It has already been adopted by several major truck lines each having over ten thousand trucks in their fleets. Plants are under construction in the United States and in China.
With Mr. Coward and Cypress Funding on board, SignatureLink has been provided with the resources needed to be a successful company within the emerging online signature marketplace.
Greg Stamatis
Chief Operating Officer and Director
Mr. Stamatis is one of the original incorporators of SignatureLink, Inc. and has served as a Director of the Company and as Chief Operating Officer since that time. He continues as a Director and as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Stamatis began his professional career in 1978 at Drake Willock, the inventor of the portable dialysis (artificial kidney) machine. There he held several management positions in manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, marketing and customer service, including responsibility for the construction, staffing and profitable operation of a worldwide customer training and technical support center.
In 1988, Mr. Stamatis served as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for Hyperion, Inc. an OEM manufacturer of automated laboratory instrumentation. His responsibilities included Strategic Planning, Quality Control of Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and oversight of Customer Service. Mr. Stamatis also acted in the capacity of primary interface with the Food and Drug Administration, OSHA and EPA. During his tenure, Hyperion partnered with DiaMedix, Inc., a reagent manufacturer, to develop, manufacture and distribute an automated system specifically designed for the small to medium sized clinical chemistry laboratory. Within three years, the HyPrep instrument and DiaMedix reagent system captured a significant share of this niche market.
In 1991, Mr. Stamatis was recruited by Micro Typing Systems, Inc., a start-up biotech company in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida that possessed a revolutionary and patented blood banking technology. As a member of a small innovative entrepreneurial team he was a major contributor to successful corporate and marketing strategies as well as implementation of FDA licensed reagent manufacturing systems. He also oversaw the design, construction, staffing and start-up of the manufacturing facility for the instruments that accompanied this new reagent system. Mr. Stamatis was also responsible for a multi-national engineering effort to identify, develop, license and distribute a line of automated instrumentation including a fully automated "walk-away" robotic laboratory instrument. By the year 2002, MTS had become a multi-million dollar company and one of the North American leaders in blood banking reagents. It was subsequently purchased by Ortho Diagnostics, a subsidiary of the Johnson and Johnson Company.
Prior to beginning his professional career in 1978, Mr. Stamatis actively served in the United States Air Force. During his time of service he was diligent in his duties as an avionics (weapons control system) technician and was given the responsibility to supervise the swing shift operations of the annual F-4E calibration dock at Homestead AF Base as an E-3 Airman First Class. Aircraft calibration times were reduced and the mean time to first failure was increased during that time. Mr. Stamatis was honorably discharged upon completion of his enlistment commitment in 1976.
